About the LifeVac – Airway Clearance Device:

This device is the lifesaving airway clearance device essential for parents, carers and professionals to protect the people you care for in a choking emergency. It is simple, effective, non-invasive and most importantly safe to use. It is the ONLY airway clearance device with the backing of multiple peer-reviewed medical publications, independent medical testing and medical abstracts proving safety and effectiveness.

It is a self-powered single-patient portable suction device developed for clearing the upper airway. It is intended to be used in an emergency when the standard current choking protocol has been followed without success. The negative pressure generated by the force of the suction is 3 times greater than the highest recorded first-aid measure.

This device generates over 300 mmHg of suction. The duration of suction is minimal so LifeVac is safe and effective. No prescription is required. This device requires no maintenance. The only consumables of the device are the masks which should be replaced every five (3-5) years.

LifeVac Soft Travel Bag Kit Contents:

This soft travel bag kit is perfect to take your included LifeVac device anywhere! It fits easily into a pram, wheelchair, travel bag or even in the boot of the car. Contains the LifeVac device plus a range of masks from Paediatric (“size 2”) to Large Adult (“size 5”). The travel bag is bonded PU waterproof fabric that also protect contents from accidental spills. Included in the kit are full instructions, an emergency chart and a sticker to inform others of the location of an airway clearance device.
